Benefits of pumpkin-

beta- carotene... can reverse skin damage and act as anti inflammatory.
full of fiber. we all know what fiber helps with;) 
vitamins c and e... that makes me happy.
potassium, magnesium, promotes healthy weight loss, aids digestion, promotes strong bones... i could go on!

no wonder why pumpkins get me all sorts of excited! 

pumpkins have disease fighting nutrients. that's another reason for me to love those guys. 

i cook so so so much with pumpkin for the next few months. honestly i can't get enough.  

Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie:

- 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
- i cup soymilk
- scoop vanilla soy yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- allspice
- i T maple syrup

blend everything together.
