Sriracha mayo.

guys, i can not stop putting this mayo on everything. and my latest go to breakfast is a slice or two of bread alone (a local bread i buy here in the hudson valley), with baby spinach, heirloom tomatoes, an organic farm fresh egg, and loads and loads of sriracha mayo.

here's the recipe for

*Sriracha Mayo:

1/2 cup of vegenaise (vegan mayo)
1 tbsp of good quality maple syrup
1 tbsp sriracha 
1/2 lime juiced
sea salt

whisk it all together and pour on everything!
